magnetic beam splitting

October 31, 2021

I didn’t know about this experiment when I wrote my book, but it still works.

Apparently if you shine a beam between north and south magnets instead of being a continuum on the screen there is an oval at the edges and no middle.

In my philosophy, that could easily be explained by the beam being a conglomerate between N and S and they get separated as much as they can while traveling, forming the concrete pattern when they get stuck on the screen.
